Our vision
The vision of Youth Surge is to transform the learning environment for the youths in Kenya, so that every youth has an opportunity to get quality digital education. Our vision is to foster an atmosphere that fosters creativity and innovation while developing technical skills, competence, and confidence among the students. Thus, aiming at the integration of formal education and modern requirements of the technological world, we try to equip the youth with the necessary skills to succeed in the global economy.
Our hope for the future is that the youth is not only users of technology but also developers and decision makers. By offering our extensive curricula and focused support, our goal is to inspire the desire to continuously learn and achieve career success. The ultimate vision of our training is to produce a generation of empowered, skilled and strong human resource that will spearhead development in Kenya and other parts of the world. Youth Surge’s mission is to equip the Kenyan youths with quality digital education and skills. Our mission is to close the gap between education and technology so that every child can be given a chance to learn, develop, and be ready for the job market.
In our various programmes, we strive to promote creativity, encourage problem solving and nurture the spirit of creativity. We ensure that our students get practical experiences and individual attention in order to equip them for productive employment and management positions. The purpose of the organization is to turn potential into performance and help people and communities.
